The first i heard of pirate Pickens master plan it was being sold as Hillary Clinton's plan, back on May 14th, by Bill Clinton, who was shilling for a massive investment in a massive energy grid to serve our new green energy....what a scam... How it looks like it breaks down is something like a 200 million investment by pirate Pickens, and a 10.7 billion matching investment by you and me, all for the honor of being able to pay an energy tithe every month to Pickens, while the Fed counterfeits another giant pile of fiat currency with our names on the bill...
As we all know, we just need our own solar cells on our own roofs, with the ability to sell the extra back to the grid guaranteed by law. A bank of battery's in the garage, a small windmill in the back yard and we are good to go... Screw you T.Boone Pickens.
