Porter Goss on ethics committee?

Former CIA Director Porter Goss has been appointed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) as co-chairman of the new Office of Congressional Ethics.
Let me see if I understand this:
1. A man who is alleged to have been involved in funneling large amounts of money in contracts to dubious "defense contractor" Brent Wilkes (whose companies were mostly on paper) knows something about ethics does he?
2. A man who is alleged to have been involved in the bribery of US Congressman Randy Duke Cunningham and took part in hooker parties along with his subordinates, knows something about ethics, does he?
3. A man who as the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee did not think it important to investigate the outing of CIA officer Valeria Plame Wilson by the White House as political pay-back, knows something about ethics, does he? This same who as a CIA officer himself should have known better, right?
4. A man who is alleged to have been part of a special CIA assassination team known as Operation 40, knows something about ethics, does he? (Graduates of which would show up in some of the worst US scandals, including the Watergate crimes and Iran Contra).
And these are just a few highlights about the very ethical Mr. Porter Goss, pictured below with such other ethical men as Berry Seal (arms and drug dealer), Felix Rodriguez (terrorist, drug dealer, arms runner, assassin), etc. Felix is first on the left, with Goss right behind his good friend.

Are You Ready to Face the Facts About Israel?

I had given up on finding an American with a moral conscience and the courage to go with it and was on the verge of retiring my keyboard when I met the Rev. Thomas L. Are.
Rev. Are is a Presbyterian pastor who used to tell his Atlanta, Georgia, congregation: "I am a Zionist." Like most Americans, Rev. Are had been seduced by Israeli propaganda and helped to spread the propaganda among his congregation.
Around 1990 Rev. Are had an awakening for which he credits the Christian Canon of St. George's Cathedral in Jerusalem and author Marc Ellis, co-editor of the book, Beyond Occupation.
Realizing that his ignorance of the situation on the ground had made him complicit in great crimes, Rev. Are wrote a book hoping to save others from his mistake and perhaps in part to make amends, Israeli Peace/Palestinian Justice, published in Canada in 1994.
Rev. Are researched his subject and wrote a brave book. Keep in mind that 1994 was long prior to Walt and Mearsheimer's recent book, which exposed the power of the Israel Lobby and its ability to control the explanation Americans receive about the "Israeli-Palestinian conflict."
Rev. Are begins with an account of Israel's opening attack on the Palestinians, an event which took place before most Americans alive today were born. He quotes the distinguished British historian, Arnold J. Toynbee: "The treatment of the Palestinian Arabs in 1947 (and 1948) was as morally indefensible as the slaughter of six million Jews by the Nazis. Though nor comparable in quantity to the crimes of the Nazis, it was comparable in quality."
Golda Meir, considered by Israelis as a great leader and by others as one of history's great killers, disputed the facts: "It was not as though there was a Palestinian people in Palestine and we came and threw them out and took their country away from them. They did not exist."
Golda Meir's apology for Israel's great crimes is so counter-factual that it blows the mind. Palestinian refugee camps still exist outside Palestine filled with Palestinians and their descendants whose towns, villages, homes and lands were seized by the Israelis in 1948. Rev. Are provides the reader with Na'im Ateek's description of what happened to him, an 11-year old, when the Jews came to take Beisan on May 12, 1948. Entire Palestinian communities simply disappeared.
In 1949 the United Nations counted 711,000 Palestinian refugees.
In 2005 the United Nations Relief and Works Agency estimated 4.25 million Palestinians and their descendants were refugees from their homeland.
The Israeli policy of evicting non-Jews has continued for six decades. On June 19, 2008, the Laity Committee in the Holy Land reported in Window Into Palestine that the Israeli Ministry of Interior is taking away the residency rights of Jerusalem Christians who have been reclassified as "visitors in their own city."
On December 10, 2007, MK Ephraim Sneh boasted in the Jerusalem Post that Israel had achieved "a true Zionist victory" over the UN partition plan "which sought to establish two nations in the land of Israel." The partition plan had assigned Israel 56 percent of Palestine, leaving the inhabitants with only 44 percent. But Israel had altered this over time. Sneh proudly declared: "When we complete the permanent agreement, we will hold 78 percent of the land while the Palestinians will control 22 percent."
Sneb could have added that the 22 percent is essentially a collection of unconnected ghettos cut off from one another and from roads, water, medical care, and jobs.
Rev. Are documents that the abuse of Palestinians' human rights is official Israeli policy. Killings, torture, and beatings are routine. On May 17, 1990, the Washington Post reported that Save the Children "documented indiscriminate beating, tear-gassing and shooting of children at home or just outside the house playing in the street, who were sitting in the classroom or going to the store for groceries."
On January 19, 1988, Israeli Defense Minister Yitzhak Rabin, later Prime Minister, announced the policy of "punitive beating" of Palestinians. The Israelis described the purpose of punitive beating: "Our task is to recreate a barrier and once again put the fear of death into the Arabs of the area."
According to Save the Children, beatings of children and women are common. Rev. Are, citing the report in the Washington Post, writes: "Save the Children concluded that one-third of beaten children were under ten years old, and one-fifth under the age of five. Nearly a third of the children beaten suffered broken bones."
On February 8, 1988, Newsweek magazine quoted an Israeli soldier: "We got orders to knock on every door, enter and take out all the males. The younger ones we lined up with their faces against the wall, and soldiers beat them with billy clubs. This was no private initiative, these were orders from our company commander.... After one soldier finished beating a detainee, another soldier called him 'you Nazi,' and the first man shot back: 'You bleeding heart.' When one soldier tried to stop another from beating an Arab for no reason, a fist fight broke out."
These were the old days before conscience was eliminated from the ranks of the Israeli military.
In the London Sunday Times, June 19, 1977, Ralph Schoenman, executive director of the Bertrand Russell Foundation, wrote: "Israeli interrogators routinely ill-treat and torture Arab prisoners. Prisoners are hooded or blindfolded and are hung by their wrists for long periods. Most are struck in the genitals or in other ways sexually abused. Most are sexually assaulted. Others are administered electric shock."
Amnesty International concluded that "there is no country in the world in which the use of official and sustained torture is as well established and documented as in the case of Israel."
Even the pro-Israeli Washington Post reported: "Upon arrest, a detainee undergoes a period of starvation, deprivation of sleep by organized methods and prolonged periods during which the prisoner is made to stand with his hands cuffed and raised, a filthy sack covering the head. Prisoners are dragged on the ground, beaten with objects, kicked, stripped and placed under ice-cold showers."
Sounds like Abu Gharib. There are news reports that Israeli torture experts participated in the torture of the detainees assembled by the American military as part of the Bush Regime's propaganda onslaught to convince Americans that Iraq was overflowing with al-Qaeda terrorists. On July 23, 2008, Antiwar.com posted an Iraqi news report that the Iraqi government had released a total of 109,087 Iraqis that the Americans had "detained." Obviously, these "terrorist detainees" had been used for the needs of Bush Regime propaganda. No one will ever know how many of them were abused by Israeli torturers imported by the CIA.
Rev. Are's book makes sensible suggestions for resolving the conflict that Israel began. However, the problem is that Israeli governments believe only in force. The policy of the Israeli government has always been to beat, kill, and brutalize Palestinians into submission and flight. Anyone who doubts this can read the book of Israel's finest historian Ilan Pappe, The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine (2006).
Americans are a gullible and naive people. They have been complicit for 60 years in crimes that in Arnold Toynbee's words "are comparable in quality" to the crimes of Nazi Germany. As Toynbee was writing decades ago, the accumulated Israeli crimes might now be comparable also in quantity.
The US routinely vetoes United Nations condemnations of Israel for its brutal crimes against the Palestinians. Insouciant American taxpayers have been bled for a half century to provide the Israelis with superior military weapons with which Israelis assault their neighbors, all the while convincing America – essentially a captive nation – that Israel is the victim.
John F. Mahoney wrote: "Thomas Are reminds me of Dietrich Bonhoeffer: an active pastor who comes to the unsettling realization that he and his people have been fed a terrible lie that is killing and torturing thousands of innocent men, women and children. Not without ample research and prayer does such a pastor, in turn, risk unsettling his congregation. The Reverend Are has done his homework and, I suspect, has prayed often and long during the writing of this courageous book."
Bonhoeffer was a Lutheran theologian and pastor who was executed for his active participation in the German Resistance against Nazism.
Professor Benjamin M. Weir, San Francisco Theological Seminary, wrote: "This book will make the reader squirm. It asks you to lend your voice in behalf of the voiceless."
Americans who can no longer think for themselves and who are terrified of disapproval by their peer group are incapable of lending their voices to anyone except those who control the world of propaganda in which they live.
The ignorance and unconcern of Americans is a great frustration to my friends in the Israeli peace movement. Without outside support those Israelis who believe in good will are deprived, by America's support for their government's policy of violence, of any peaceful resolution of a conflict began in 1947 by Israeli aggression against unsuspecting Palestinian villages.
Rev. Are wrote his book with the hope that the pen is mightier than the sword and that facts can crowd out propaganda and create a framework for a just resolution of the Palestinian issue. In his concluding chapter, "What Christians Can Do," Rev. Are writes: "We cannot allow others to dictate our thinking on any subject, especially on anything as important as Christian faithfulness, which is tested by an attitude towards seeking justice for the oppressed. It's a Christian's duty to know."
Duty, of course, has costs. Rev. Are writes: "Speak up for the Palestinians and you will make enemies. Yet, as Christians, we must be willing to raise issues that until now we have chosen to dodge."
More than a decade later, President Jimmy Carter, a true friend of Israel, tried again to awaken Americans' moral conscience with his book, Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid. Carter was instantly demonized by the Israel Lobby.
Sixty years of efforts by good and humane people to hold Israel accountable have so far failed, but they are more important today than ever before. Israel has its captive American nation on the verge of attacking Iran, the consequences of which could be catastrophic for all concerned. The alleged purpose of the attack is to eliminate nonexistent Iranian nuclear weapons. The real reason is to eliminate all support for Hamas and Hezbollah so that Israel can seize the entire West Bank and southern Lebanon. The Bush regime is eager to do Israel's bidding, and the media and evangelical "Christian" churches have been preparing the American people for the event.
It is paradoxical that Israel is demonstrating that veracity lies not in the Christian belief in good will but in Lenin's doctrine that violence is the effective force in history and that the evangelical Christian Zionist churches agree.

A pamphlet warning Britons to leave the Middle East or face death has come to light in a stash of illicit propaganda.
The document does not hail from Basra or Baghdad, nor was it penned by the Islamists of al-Qaeda or the al-Mahdi Army. It was found in Haifa, about 60 years ago, and it was issued by the underground group led by Menachem Begin – the future Prime Minister of Israel and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize.
The document, which surfaced at an auction house this week, is addressed to “the soldiers of the occupation army” and aimed at British soldiers serving in Palestine, then under the British Mandate, preceding the establishment of Israel in 1948. The print has faded and the paper has discoloured since it was unearthed from a grove of trees in Haifa in the summer of 1947. Yet the language and the concerns remain current.
Bombings and murders by underground groups, such as Begin’s Irgun, hastened the British withdrawal and the United Nations declaration that led to the founding of modern Israel.
Irgun propaganda targeted the British Army’s wavering morale, already dented by the bomb attack on the Mandate’s headquarters – the King David Hotel in Jerusalem – which killed 91 people.
In the document, Irgun tells British troops: “It is unavoidable that many Jewish soldiers and many British soldiers should fall. And it is only fair that these people know at least why they may be killed.”
It adds: “Most of you have been in this country for quite a long time. You have learned what the word ‘terrorist’ means, some of you may even have come into direct contact with them (and heartily desire not to repeat the experience). But what do you know about them? Why does a young man go underground?”
It then draws a parallel with what would have happened if, seven years earlier, Britain had been overrun by Nazi Germany. “Remember 1940. Then it seemed quite possible that your island country would be conquered and subjugated by Hitler hordes . . . what would you have done? Would you have gone underground?” The pamphlet says that the occupation is “illegal and immoral” and “parallel to the mass assassination of a whole people”, in language that echoes that used on a note pinned to the booby-trapped bodies of two British intelligence officers executed by Irgun that same summer.
The pamphlet came from a stash confiscated and burnt by cyptographers from the Royal Signals regiment. Corporal Raymond Smith found them buried in a secluded grove marked by a white Star of David and was ordered to destroy them, but took one as a memento. A collector acquired the document from Corporal Smith, and brought it to Mullock’s auctioneers in Shropshire.
Richard Westwood-Brookes, Mullock’s historical documents specialist, said the pamphlet was a remarkable find, which “ amounted to a manifesto for terrorist action”. He added: “It also raises the question as to who are ‘terrorists’ and who are ‘freedom fighters’. It’s a debate which raged through the troubles of Northern Ireland and continues in the Middle East.”
Begin’s Irgun set aside its differences with Haganah, a rival underground Jewish group led by David Ben Gurion – the first Prime Minister of Israel, who once likened Begin to Adolf Hitler.
Begin forged a political career as a hardliner, but, after becoming Prime Minister, signed the Camp David agreement with Egypt in 1979.

Anyone who has read some of Mr. James intelligent and well thought out articles can see that the only crime Mr. James is guilty of is seeking the truth and asking questions about history that a certain group of people don't want asked.
For these transgressions, Mr. James has been spied upon, trailed, had his Internet service cut off, tossed into a state psychiatric unit by gun-wielding state goons, forcibly drugged and prosecuted by the German state for his ideas on the Holocaust™.
Since all of these thuggish actions have failed to quiet Mr. James, there is a very real possibility that the next step(s) taken to shut up Mr. James will be a terminal one: The message will be delivered personally by a hired goon squad of professional killers... Or maybe the MOSSAD will take care of the "liquidation" themselves.

Yesterday, I found my way to the Bad Homburg Polizeidirektion (police headquarters) for what I believed would be a frank exchange of views with a certain Herr Müller, who had been charged by the Central Council of Jews to read me the riot act and seek a prosecution (I refer readers to the attached PDF below or included inline). I was a week late in answering the summons because my post- box in Friedrichsdorf is something I check irregularly.
In Germany (and five other member states of the European Soviet Socialist Union), denial of the official "holocaust" ideology is punishable by up to five years in prison. I have been accused by the Jews of such a crime, and now they are moving to put me behind bars, empty my bank account and seize my assets............

As a personal friend of the writer Michael James, who is one of the few people I know taking a stand against the Zionists in Germany, I wish to express my fears that his life could be in danger following his recent defiance and defeat of the Central Council of Jews in Germany.
Last week, Mike made legal history in Germany, and yet very few people know about it. His victory against international Zionist Jewry was astonishing. He set a precedent which is a threat to the Zionist World Order and the emerging Bolshevik European Union, but you only read about it on the Net, and that article has been expunged from the Google cache. Totally deleted within 48 hours. And no mainstream coverage. Nothing.
I have published many of Mike's brave and outspoken articles on my own website, www.gnosticliberationfront.com, the last being the main article in question, Jews Run Scared of Mike James, German State Attorney Cites Insanity
Each time I publish one of his articles, I notice a huge spike in interest from folks with military and Israeli ISP addresses and I sometimes get blasted for publishing him, including Denial of Service attacks and abusive e-mails. This time I received a very threatening letter disparaging Mike and a number of strange e-mails from Jews that made no sense but were quite sinister.
The Jews are going to attack this guy with a fury. I'll tell you why, and I'll tell you why I think we should pray for him.
Mike knows his history and he knows the law, but the position he takes is one the Jews can't handle. It's not classically revisionist. His view is that all history is subjectively written and therefore justifiably questionable. Furthermore, he maintains that it is not possible to verify anything one hasn't personally witnessed or experienced oneself and hold it to be the "truth."

Please find below an invoice I sent to the B’nai Brith-related Central Council of Jews in Germany, a lobby group renowned for their vitriolic attacks on Christianity, which has, together with the efforts of the Marxist Frankfurt School of Social Sciences, turned almost all Europeans into Christ-hating atheists. Problem is, these Zionist non-Hebraic Jews and their feminist, Freemasonic and socialist allies among the deluded and highly remunerated Goyim elites decided to pick a fight with the wrong guy. Me.....
If what the Zionist Jews say is true, then I feel awfully sorry for them, and I would also expect they would consider with some remorse the 27 million Christians allegedly murdered in the Marxist Soviet Union, the 60 million Christians who needlessly died during the Second World War, and the one million Iraqis who died so that their oil could be piped direct to the Israeli port of Haifa. However, I myself have no way of knowing what really happened because I was not there. I trust my honourable old teachers in maintaining a very sceptical line of enquiry in everything I hear, read and see.

Mike once told me that the only lawyer he would need in court is Socrates and he would make a laughing stock out of these ridiculous "holocaust" denial laws using logic and reason. I believe he would too, and do so knowing that the judge sitting before him is a representative of an illegal state that ceased to exist in 1990. (This is a well-known fact in Germany, but something most Germans are afraid to talk about, but not Mike.)
I got an e-mail from him yesterday and he told me that he was astonished to see how his last article had disappeared from over 22 sites, various blogs and many forums in all the Google caches (he's already been banned from Google Germany for the last three years).
Then I got to thinking, well, a wounded Jew is a very dangerous Jew. Although the State Attorney said he wasn't under investigation, I know from my communications with Mike over the past few months that he is being trailed, watched and monitored (which he takes for granted with a big grin). He even had his phone disconnected for a week by the government as punishment.
Now, anyone who knows Mike or has read any of his articles is going to get the impression that he just doesn't give a shit and is on a death wish, and I think that's true to some extent. If he was anyone else, he'd already be in prison. Michael James did something amazing last week, and it scared the crap out of the Zionist elites. He set a judicial precedent and emphasized a valid defense: Blasphemy and Incitement to Bear False Witness. Compliance with the holocaust laws therefore make perjurers, liars, and idle guessers of all of us. By any legal or moral standards, all these things, all these laws are unlawful, Bolshevistic nonsense.
This is why I felt compelled to write this article and kindly ask you to publish it in the hope that nothing bad happens to Michael James. That guy is doing it all by himself. He's a reclusive self-employed, middle-income British guy with no affiliations or support. Like he once said, he's a lone-ranger without Tonto, or even a horse. He does this all by himself because his anger at the injustice and lies directed against the German people is intense. He will always refuse help because he is what the real American once used to be -- a true independent fighting for his own.
I know he has no time for all the revisionist intellectuals writing books in exile. "Why write books about something that can only be speculative to those who were not there to witness it?" he asked. "As Napoleon said, 'All history is bunk', so just fuck it."
I've asked Mike, as others have, if he needs some extra help, and he won't take it. Not a dime. This is his war. It's a very personal thing. Call it a vendetta. He won't say what his next move is going to be, but it'll be a surprise.

Anyone who has read some of Mr. James intelligent and well thought out articles can see that the only crime Mr. James is guilty of is seeking the truth and asking questions about history that a certain group of people don't want asked.
For these transgressions, Mr. James has been spied upon, trailed, had his Internet service cut off, tossed into a state psychiatric unit by gun-wielding state goons, forcibly drugged and prosecuted by the German state for his ideas on the Holocaust™.

As a personal friend of the writer Michael James, who is one of the few people I know taking a stand against the Zionists in Germany, I wish to express my fears that his life could be in danger following his recent defiance and defeat of the Central Council of Jews in Germany.
Last week, Mike made legal history in Germany, and yet very few people know about it. His victory against international Zionist Jewry was astonishing. He set a precedent which is a threat to the Zionist World Order and the emerging Bolshevik European Union, but you only read about it on the Net, and that article has been expunged from the Google cache. Totally deleted within 48 hours. And no mainstream coverage. Nothing.
I have published many of Mike's brave and outspoken articles on my own website, www.gnosticliberationfront.com, the last being the main article in question, Jews Run Scared of Mike James, German State Attorney Cites Insanity
Each time I publish one of his articles, I notice a huge spike in interest from folks with military and Israeli ISP addresses and I sometimes get blasted for publishing him, including Denial of Service attacks and abusive e-mails. This time I received a very threatening letter disparaging Mike and a number of strange e-mails from Jews that made no sense but were quite sinister.
The Jews are going to attack this guy with a fury. I'll tell you why, and I'll tell you why I think we should pray for him.
Mike knows his history and he knows the law, but the position he takes is one the Jews can't handle. It's not classically revisionist. His view is that all history is subjectively written and therefore justifiably questionable. Furthermore, he maintains that it is not possible to verify anything one hasn't personally witnessed or experienced oneself and hold it to be the "truth."

Please find below an invoice I sent to the B’nai Brith-related Central Council of Jews in Germany, a lobby group renowned for their vitriolic attacks on Christianity, which has, together with the efforts of the Marxist Frankfurt School of Social Sciences, turned almost all Europeans into Christ-hating atheists. Problem is, these Zionist non-Hebraic Jews and their feminist, Freemasonic and socialist allies among the deluded and highly remunerated Goyim elites decided to pick a fight with the wrong guy. (This is a well-known fact in Germany, but something most Germans are afraid to talk about, but not Mike.)
I got an e-mail from him yesterday and he told me that he was astonished to see how his last article had disappeared from over 22 sites, various blogs and many forums in all the Google caches (he's already been banned from Google Germany for the last three years).
Then I got to thinking, well, a wounded Jew is a very dangerous Jew. Although the State Attorney said he wasn't under investigation, I know from my communications with Mike over the past few months that he is being trailed, watched and monitored (which he takes for granted with a big grin). He even had his phone disconnected for a week by the government as punishment.
Now, anyone who knows Mike or has read any of his articles is going to get the impression that he just doesn't give a shit and is on a death wish, and I think that's true to some extent. If he was anyone else, he'd already be in prison. Florida Tomato Mafia Crushes Labor With Bio-Warfare
The battle to keep the "ugly tomato" UglyRipe, off the market by the Florida Tomato Mafia (aka "Comittee") was a long, hard-fought battle but the growers of this heirloom tomato won the battle to get it shipped to customers nationwide.
More recently, more alarming news came from the tomato fields of Florida: slavery. Workers are held in "involuntary servitude" through threats and actual violence against them and their families and kept in a system of "perpetually accruing debt," in which they are overcharged for housing, food, water and transportation, said Collier County Detective Charlie Frost testified before the Democratic members of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee.
Mary Bauer, director of the Immigrant Justice Project at the Southern Poverty Law Center, said there is "rampant abuse" of state and federal wage and hour laws in the payment of farm workers and little enforcement. Growers representative, Reginald L. Brown, executive vice president of the Florida Tomato Growers Exchange, defends the employment practices, arguing that "if workers were being exploited they would not return voluntarily year after year to work in Florida's tomato fields" and claim that the average worker makes fourteen dollars an hour, a highly disputed figure.
Perhaps the most bizarre finding was the refusal of growers to honor an agreement between workers and fast food chains for a a penny a pound extra. Yes, for each pound these 'slaves' picked and toted they were to get a mere penny extra from fast food companies but the growers refused to pay the workers this wage.
Sadly, no one will be buying tomatoes now due to a salmonella outbreak. Well, thats one way to maintain slavery, starve the opposition to death.

Know this my friends, our country would be in much worse shape today had Mr. Daschle not been sitting in the senate when Dubya took office. The GOP made it a national campaign soliciting funds for his opponent, that empty suit John Thune, and ran a massive full court press to unseat him, which they barely succeeded in doing. While he was in the senate he fought hard for all of us every day, fought to thwart Bush's destructive policies, and the GOP brought their entire massive machine to bear to unseat him for being an "obstructionist" because, with free reign we all know Duya's plans for us are whats best, proof's in the puddin. I whole heartedly endorse Tom Daschle for VP as Obama's running mate. The Fallacy Of Hillary Clinton's Campaign Inertia
The talking heads and wonks who all season have been echoing the Clinton talking points are today using inertia as justification for her to remain on the campaign trail. So, since she has been on a downward trajectory what will be required to stop her?
The notion that she is campaigning still because she has been and it takes a while to slow down, as though they were describing an oil tanker just doesn't make any sense at all. It is a completely bogus rationale. Her desperate cling to the process at this point only serves to make one recall her references to assassination, that even though she has lost..LOST LOST LOST she keeps hanging out, inviting or perhaps simply hoping for treachery or tragedy to befall Mr. Obama. I see nothing noble or honorable in it. Quite the opposite, it makes Clinton look as slimy and clutching as one can get, behavior one would never expect to see from someone who by some was considered a serious contender for our nations highest office.
So, as the party loyalists all have been shifting to the winner, Barack Obama after the final primary contests, leaving Clinton and her camp looking completely politically tone deaf and disconnected from reality all i can think is, where ever Clinton's inertia is taking her i just hope it is off the damn stage. Her campaign is like a manic depressive off their meds, a largely creepy and unfathomable affair.

Harold Ickies Fails Hillary Clinton At DNC Delegate Brewhaha
Looking whipped, Harold Ickies made a last desperate attempt to award the entire state of Michigan to Hillary Clinton. Ickies, who helped set the rules that stripped FL and MI of their delegates to begin with comes off looking petulant and whiney, even going so far as to try and bully the vote suggesting a challenge at the credentials committee in Denver. Ultimately, he was soundly rebuked, loosing the vote 16-8 in favor of a delegate split that gave only a slight, and ultimately meaningless lead in MI and FL to Clinton, given Obama's current overall lead and expected victories in the upcoming races.
